All shipments are handled through our trusted logistics partner — India Post, ensuring reliable delivery to even the most remote regions of India.

We aim to deliver high-quality handmade crafts from Spiti Valley right to your doorstep with efficiency and care.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders will be shipped via India Post Registered Parcel or Speed Post, depending on service availability in your region.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation and payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • For handcrafted or made-to-order items, additional preparation time (up to 7 days) may apply.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and postal service efficiency:

  • Himachal Pradesh & Nearby States: 4–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 6–10 business days

  • Remote or Hilly Areas: Up to 12 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your India Post tracking number.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we rely on India Post for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, road closures, or remote-area logistics.

  • If your order is not delivered within 15 business days, please contact us at nizerspiti@gmail.com with your order ID and tracking number.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please:

  • Take photos/videos before opening.
